Roxanne Loves Her New Home.

Dear Julie,

I wanted to take the opportunity to drop you a line to tell you how grateful I am for everything you have done, from the numerous houses you showed me at all times of the day and night, to the going back to the same houses twice (or sometimes even more) to show the rest of my family, you name it you were there when I needed you and I appreciate it more than you will ever know.

It was very refreshing to work with a Realtor that took the time to learn what we were looking for in a home, inside and out, and kept looking until we found exactly what we wanted and in our price range!  I know it was not easy, and I probably would have given up on me (had the shoe been on the other foot), because I know I'm hard to please, but you stuck with me and always with a smile.  Thank you so very much!

Your knowledge of the various markets we had you looking in from Williamson County all the way down to Bastrop and Wimberly was impressive, and I assure you  I have told all my friends, relatives, colleagues, customers, etc. if they need a Realtor to call you.

Charles' House Sold in 19 Days

Dear Julie,

It's not often in life that people receive letters of gratitude for a job well done, so I thought I would break free from the norm to tell you THANK YOU! for everything you did ot help expedite the sale of my home.

Although I was hesitant to spend the money to make repairs and cosmetic refreshers to my home, I now know that it  was worth every penny spent, and I apprecaite you pointing these things out to me in advance of listing the house.

I feel your attentiveness to the house once vacant, adding the decorative items to make the house "homey", keeping flyers in the tube, following up with agents showing the home, etc. all played a major roll in the house selling to quickly.

I appreciate the information you were able to provide as far as home values in the area, actual home sale in the area, and knowledge as to where the price needed to be on my home for me to make the most money possible and still sell the home within 30 days of listing it; this win-win situation is hard to come by, and I truly believe your knowledge/suggestions are what made it happen.

Next time I need to sell or buy a new home, I will be calling you, so keep up the good work!

Sarah and I would like to thank you for having helped us puchase our home in Austin.  You ere awesome...  It was great having someone who really cared about getting us a home that was right for us!  Driving us around AND helping us with our six kids, which by the way I know most other Realtors would just not do, having a trunk full of refreshments for the road, and just have the kids in your car was a huge help.  I knew then we had made the right choice for our Realtor..  You helped helped us find the right home, the right lender, who by the way did an outstanding job, closing and even picking up the keys for me after closing.  I loved it when you told me  you were fighting for us after the inspection to get a new roof... That was great because Sarah and I did not have to worry about a thing; we knew we could trust you!

We just want you to know that you wre really really THE perfect Realtor.  We did not have to worry about a think and we truly felt that we could completely trust in you and that it would get done right and fast!
